Martu Hlavajová Slovak illustrator and Visual Artist, currently based in Prague. Her work is inspired by romantic nostalgia and the beauty of small things like plants, people, nature, animals, and music. In the beginning, illustration assisted to process her feelings, which served as some degree of therapy. The dark but subtle elaboration of things that happen around still could be found in her free illustrations, but more often, her work includes the themes such as femininity, nature, and self-inquiry.
